College players end up playing their hearts out in the college field, but now that their about to play in the NFL their going to give it all they have if their going to want a starting position. Many teams select a player to fill in the spot of the position they need so the player  actually has a 50 percent chance he might start for that team. Not every player who wants to get drafted actually gets picked by a team and they maybe a good player,but until they play on the field and the coaches see that your good they will want you and maybe extend your 1 year contract!
