1 . Nama Chocolate

The ingredients needed are:

  • 7 ounces of dark chocolate
  • 5.2 ounces of whipping cream
  • Lastly 1.7 ounces of unsalted butter

You’ll need to begin with chopping up the chocolate into very small bits and then put them into a bowl.

Next, you’ll need to put the whipping cream into a pan and put in the butter as well. Turn on the heat, and when the butter is melted, stir together.

Wait until it bubbles and is hot. Pour it into the bowl with the chocolate stir them together until they are all melted together. Put the mixture into a mold and put it in the fridge for 3 hours.

Congratulations! You’ve made Nama chocolate with three ingredients. You can now cut it up into squares or however you like. For the toppings, you may use cocoa powder or anything you like.

It’s great as a gift on Valentine’s or just as a snack you can make with friends and family.

2. Cloud Bread

You’ll need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • 1.5 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of tapioca starch or cornstarch

Crack the eggs into a bowl BUT take out the yolk.

Next, take the lemon, cut it in half, squeeze the lemon, and get 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix together until it looks like foam.

You’ll next need the sugar BUT do not add all the sugar. Add half of the sugar and whisk it until it looks even foamier. Then add the rest of the sugar and, whisk until the mixture is very white and puffy.

Then grab the tapioca or cornstarch and add it to the mixture. Whisk it all together. Make sure there aren’t any starch lumps.

Use a spoon and put the mixture on a pan and shape it into a ball (if you want). You may bake it in either the oven or air fryer.

Oven:150c/302F, 25min

Air-Fryer:140c/284F,20-25min

Congratulations! You made cloud lemon bread this is a nice puffy bread and would be nice on a picnic day out it is also a nice sweet and lemon taste.

3. Condensed Milk Chocolate Truffles

If you want to make something quick for the next day, then this one only needs two ingredients:

  • 240g of condensed milk
  • 100g of cocoa powder

You’ll need to take the condensed milk and put it in a pan, take it to the stove, and turn on the heat. Wait until it bubbles a bit and pour it into a bowl. After that, grab the cocoa powder and mix JUST a little bit and stir till you can’t see and powder and it’s liquid brown. repeat the process till you don’t have any cocoa powder left, it will soon turn out into a chocolate blob. Take the mixture into a mold/glass Tupperware or anything that can hold it and put plastic sheeting in the mold. Grab your mixture and put it inside so you can shape it into the mold. Refrigerate it for 2hrs.

Fantastic! You made a quick and easy treat even though it was 2 ingredients. For the end part, you can put cocoa powder on top or you can make any topping you wish for not only that you can shape them into what you want a ball or cut it into a heart.

4. Chocolate Cake

Okay this one may seem difficult, but follow this and it will be easy. So, here are your ingredients:

  • 28 Oreos (I know–I was shocked too)
  • 1Teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Cooking oil
  • Chocolate ganache or frosting or anything to cover the cake

First, you’ll need to separate the cookie from the frosting each and one of them. Take the oreo cookie and place them in a bag and crush them all into dust with a rolling pin or anything and take the oreo dust into a bowl. You’ll next need to take the teaspoon of baking soda and mix it with the oreo dust, grab the cup of milk and pour it into the powder begin to mix them together when all the dry ingredients are gone and it’s a dark liquid grab the oreo CREAM and put it in the mix and start whisking it all together make sure there are no clumps of oreo dust and cream left. Take a pot and with the oil brush it at the bottom and place baking paper on top of the oil when you are finished with that you’ll pour in the mixture, take a pan and place it on the stove and grab the pot and place it on top of the pan turn on the stove on low heat for 40min make sure it’s ready with a toothpick and poke it. Grab the pot and try to take it out by flipping it carefully upside down on the table, cutting board, or plate, you’ll next either take the ganache or frosting and coat the cake with it.

AMAZING! I’m very happy for you! You have made a cake with these ingredients. The cake can be given to not only the valentine someone but you can also give it to some friends or family again. I’m proud that you made a cake.

  • ½ cup of half-and-half or milk or whipping cream
  • ¼ of vanilla extract
  • One small bag and one big bag
  • Ice

You’ll first need to take the ½ cup of milk and pour it into the small sealable bag, pour in the vanilla extract together seal the bag, get the ice put them into the bigger sealable bag and add the salt place the small bag with the milk and start shaking for a few minutes and in the end, you’ll gain your homemade ice cream.
