Hueneme High School was founded in 1959. It sits in the heart of South Oxnard. Hueneme has good academics programs such as Art, Avid, Business and Technology, English, Math, Naval science, Performing Arts, Science, and Special Education. Hueneme also has good athletic programs such as boys and girls basketball, cross country, track, golf, soccer, tennis, water polo, wrestling, and volleyball. There’s also boys baseball, football and girls softball. Hueneme also offers clubs such as bible club, chess club, dance club, drama club, link crew, mariachi club, newspaper club, and yearbook. There’s lots of clubs to choose from at Hueneme High School.
