“Officer Martin always made me feel safe, I would see him around campus a lot. He was always ready to protect the students here at Hueneme. He impacted so many lives and students he was a great role model and representation of our school. He was truly cared about and respected by many.”

“I remember seeing officer Martin every day at the C Street gate. It was weird not seeing him there anymore. He always made me feel safe at school even with a lot of school shooting threats. He was a very kind-hearted man and he will be missed.”

“I remember Officer Martin calling my mom when I got suspended and Officer Martin offered me a ride home. I said no because I was scared of my mom and he was laughing and making fun of me because I was so nervous. He was so kind and he made me feel better and less nervous and always safe.”
