  • The biggest snake is the python, which can grow up to 32 feet.
  • Snakes can’t bite or chew their food so they have to swallow it all at once
  • They can be found on any continent except Antarctica
  • They have a special skin type, smooth but dry
  • Pythons kill their prey with just wrapping it and suffocating
  • Anacondas are large but non-venomous which can reach up to 16 ft.
  • Snakes have a slow metabolism, which means they don’t have to eat as often. The King Cobra can go months without eating.
  • Snakes use their tongues to smell
