People vape by buying Electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes. They are handheld battery-powered vaporizers that simulate smoking and hand-to-mouth action of smoking and not burning tobacco. E-cigarettes contain nicotine and the nicotine poisons your brain. Nicotine gives you negative health effects and may lead to insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. Also, if you inhale nicotine, it increases your heart rate and blood pressure and that is very bad for your body because you can end up in the hospital. Some side effects are if you low dose it may cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and eye irritation. If you vape very often, every day, it may cause tachycardia, high blood pressure, seizures, coma, and death. But vaping is less harmful than smoking regular cigarettes, but both are still bad for your health and body. Smoking e-cigarettes can get you very addictive to them and in the future when you want to stop vaping and smoking, you will need help to make you stop vaping. Nicotine is very addictive. Teens are most likely to be addictive to vaping because they start at a young age and get very addictive to vape that their parents don’t know how to make them stop.
