Sometime in our life, we may have given or received a love bite or as they all call it a “hickey”. Now here my topic is to talk about the dangers that come within getting a hickey.  Hickeys are viewed by people differently. Some think it’s very attractive when you see it on your partner and some may not. For a job interview, they can be seen as very unprofessional and may not receive a job just for that cause.

I think if you are gonna leave any they should be left somewhere no one else can see them,  now if by accident one appears to be on your neck you gotta be careful because if you apply to much pressure on the carotid artery it can lead to a stroke. The carotid artery is on the side of your neck where most hickeys are left. There was a case in Mexico City where a 17-year-old boy had a stroke caused by a hickey the girlfriend had left him. Getting strokes by hickeys is rare but we have to be cautious.
