The basketball program has come a long way to being where it is now. Its been over 13 years since the program became league champion and made it to the CIF playoffs. Ever since then, the program started to go downhill, but then during n the 2017-2018 season, one team changed everything.

2017-2018

This particular team changed the entire program in just 3 months. The year before the previous team had only won 4 games. The next year the team finished 3rd in their league (3-5) and made into the third round in the CIF Playoffs. First time in years something like this has happened and the year after the program became even better.

2018-2019

Following the last team’s footsteps, the 2018-2019 varsity team had exceeded expectations. Starting the season slow and finishing the year strong. 1st place at 9-1 and becoming league champions, making it to the Final Four in CIF for the first time school history. Now being the first team ever to win a game in the State Playoffs.

In just 2 years, these teams change the whole program around and finally got some respect for the program. This year we will hope the tradition continues on and strive to become great.
