The Literacy Fair is an all day event where we invite all of our OUHSD Elementary Schools to come and join in on the fun! The purpose of Hueneme High School’s Literacy Fair, is to express and appreciate Mexican Culture. In this Fair, students will host their own section in a canopy and will offer our young visitors to read them a short story, play a sport, or even act in a play or puppet show. We are to preferably talk in Spanish to enhance our cultures language and to give a sense of it to our non Spanish speakers. Our Literacy Fair participants will be here from 7 in the morning to 3:09 pm.
