Physical Education classes are a requirement for all high school for at least two years of passing.

You also have to used a uniform for the designed class, you do not have it on when you get to school, it is out on 10-15 min before going out to class in the dressing room or PE locker room.

This locker-rooms are used for every students  that has the PE class during the period mark of course separating the girl and boys.

At least for me the first time that I had to change in front of everyone was not as uncontrollable as I thought.

But for other girls this can be very different history, they can feel ashamed and uncomfortable with the other girls seeing them.

In the other hand there are some with so much confidence that they walk around almost naked without any preoccupation and making other feel more uncomfortable that what they already feel like.

this make also people uncomfortable and that is why some decide to dress out in the bathrooms or not change at all.

Not using the uniform during the PE class can drop your grade and affect your graduation status because at least for here in California 2 years of PE is requirement for graduation.
