Vegan Cinnamon Roll Recipe

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 4 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of vegan butter
  • 1 cup of almond milk


  • 1/4 cup of soft vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup of brown sugar (or light brown sugar)


  • 1 1/2 cup of confectioners sugar
  • 2 tbsp of almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract



– Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

– Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the butter and cut into the dry ingredients (you can use a fork or a pastry cutter)

– Then create a well in the center of the mixture and pour the milk and start to stir up everything into it combines into a dough. Take the dough out of the bowl and flour a surface down and knead it 10 times.

– Roll out the dough in a long rectangle then take some butter and spread it on top.

– Add the filling mixture to the top of the dough then begin to roll it up to make a long log.

– Cut the log into equal slices then place on a tray and put into the over for 10-12 min.

– Wait until they are warm to the tough and then drizzle the icing on top and they are ready to be served and can also be heated up later on.
