How to Make Almond Milk

1 cup of raw almonds

A little over 2 cups of water

Sweeteners like honey, agave, sugar, or maple syrup (optional

  1. Soak the almonds for up to 2 days.
  2. Drain the almonds, then rinse them with cold water.
  3. Combine the almonds in a blender or a food processor. Blend for 2 minutes on high.
  4. Strain the almonds out of the milk, then add sweeteners at will.
