Easy Vegan Burgers

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of quinoa
- 1-15 ounce can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Olive oil to brown burgers
- Optional toppings: avocado, tomato, lettuce, onion, vegan mayo, ketchup
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients together and 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs, mix until its still a little chunky.
- Put in a bowl and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator mix the remainder of breadcrumbs into the mix.
- Make into patties and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and coat with a small amount of oil.
- Cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side or until crispy.
