  • Blueberries can help lower blood pressure.
  • Blueberries can help also prevent heart diseases and heart attacks which can cause death.
  • They can improve the memory and maintain the brain function. They have a benefit that helps aging of the neurons.
  • Blueberries have anthocyanins that benefit anti-diabetic effects.
  • Blueberries can help urinary tract infections, cranberry  juice is more known for preventing these infections and blueberries are close to cranberries so it give the same effects.
  • Blueberries can help reduce the damage of muscle after you do strenuous exercise and help recover the muscle.
