1.Processed Meat

Even though meat is genuinely good for you but when there are other ingredients added it turns unhealthy. It can give you a high risk of colon cancer, many diseases (ex. heart), and type 2 diabetes.

2.Sugary Drinks/ Energy Drinks

Water may not have a flavor so people substitute it with sugary drinks, they aren’t bad but when you drink too much they have consequences.  Sugary drinks are to blame for weight gain, and type 2 diabetes, they can can increase the risk of heart disease and many other type of diseases.

3. Gluten Free Junk Foods

Some people prefer gluten free but when it is junk food there is no difference because it is still junk food. Now gluten is what many people are trying to avoid but they replace it with gluten free junk foods.

4.Margarine

This is used for a healthier alternative for butter, people are now realizing that margarine is not healthier. In fact, margarine is a highly processed pseudo-food that has been engineered to look and taste like butter.

5. Low-Fat Yogurt

Yogurt can be incredibly healthy, the types of yogurt sold in grocery stores are extremely bad for you, they are low in fat but the sugar is a replacement for the flavor.
