Hueneme High School’s Prom occurred on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Spanish Hills Country Club. The dance’s them was “Once Upon a Time” and was organized by the Junior Class of 2019. Rather than speaking about my own opinions on Prom, I decided to create a survey for attendees to fill out. 28 students (at random) who attended prom took my survey and gave their opinion about prom.

*Students gave out their own opinion on how prom could’ve been better. A majority of the students say that the choice of music may be worked on, for as everyone has a different taste in music. In addition, the dinner had mixed reviews with some claiming it was amazing and others expecting something more. Other opinions included having more dinner tables, expanding the dance floor, and even making the dance outside because it got hot and crowded inside.

Overall, most people seemed to give Prom a 4, meaning that it was pretty great. Of course, there are always ways to improve and it will be easier once the voices of the attendees have been heard.
