Sleep Paralysis is mostly common like a nightmare? Most of time people say is a spirit or demon are in the room with them when they have experienced this episode. The feeling of seeing your surroundings and not able to speak or move is even scarier. Hallucinating is even more frightening because you have the urge to image someone or something is there looking at you or on top of you!

7 up to 40 percent have sleep paralysis and its normal to have this episode, but it could also be frightening. People sometimes say they are visited by an nonhuman like living thing or an ancestor coming by and saying hello? People who haven’t experienced an episode like this will be either frighten or calm about it.
