  1. Jigsaw puzzle: By doing a jigsaw puzzle, it can help calm you down by doing it in sections and relax and focus on finishing the puzzle.
  2. Read: Many people find it relaxing to sit down and read a book, but if you read a book in one go it can help you better understand the material and plot of the story
  3. New skills: You can master an old skill or by learning a new one, can help keep your mind off stress. You can learn photography, a new language, or just by doing some crafts at home or with friends.
  4. Clean: By living by the one minute rule ( if a task takes less than one minute to do, just do it right away) it can help from things getting piled up throughout the week.
  5. 30 minutes: By waking up 30 minutes earlier, that can prevent you from stressing out in the mornings & blocking out 30 minutes without your phone to actually do work can help to be more productive.
