The Russian president, Vladimir brags about his new nuclear weapons. He states that his missiles can go through any missile defense system.  He believes that NATO’S U.S. missile defense system is “useless,” against his missiles. Vladimir then said that if anyone attacks his allies or Russia, he will retaliate. He showed the audience videos of his new weapons. The video showed Missiles and underwater drones. After hearing about this the United States is considering in updating the U.S. nuclear arsenal and working on its defense capabilities.
