I personally know people who are really going through it and are sad but say they don’t need help or aren’t depressed this test is a way to see if you are depressed or feeling a little blue:

Suicide is one the leading cause of death in young kids and it is very important to seek out the help that you need. If you don’t feel like talking to a therapist or counselor, talk to a friend or possibly even a teacher.

It is not healthy to keep your feelings inside and not tell anyone how you feel. Times get hard and I know that and have lived through hard times but it worked out for me and will for you too.

One of the sayings I use to go by was that “It’s not always sunny, it has to rain sometimes but it wont rain forever.” Meaning that when things are going good in reality there’s a good chance something bad might happen but when it does it wont last.

If you are ever feeling sad you can always call the suicide prevention hotline @ 1-800-273-8255.
