  1. Eat in the A.M – Eating in the A.M is extremely important because it fuels you up for the rest of the day. It is also said that people that eat in the morning do better in school. After all it is the most important meal of the day!

2. Be outdoors more – Being outside helps with mental health, also nature helps reduce stress levels, and lastly it can also increase your creativity.

3. Hydrate – It is very important to stay hydrated because if you are not hydrated your body doesn’t have enough fuel for the day. Also there are benefits with being hydrated, your skin will glow & clear up more and you will feel better.

4. Lots of sleep – With no sleep your brain WILL get exhausted. Sleeping more will boost up your mood and help you be more energized for the day. Sleep can also benefit your heart, mind, weight and more! The minimum someone should sleep is 8 hours.

5. Regular Workouts Daily – Doing work outs regularly can improve your health and reduce the risks of getting a disease like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease or cancer. Exercising will also make you feel better about yourself and become more confident.
