Tips For Clear Skin

Many teens struggle with acne and have insecurities about it, or try to cover it up with makeup but here are some tips that I guarantee will work.

  • DRINK WATER, drink at least 8 cups of water a day, this helps with getting rid of toxins of the body and skin
  • Stop drinking sodas and dairy products* (try drinking rice milk or almond milk)
  • Wash your face twice a day even if you don’t have any acne
  • Try an over the counter medication gel
  • Always remove your makeup before you sleep!
  • Use the right cleanser
  • Clean pillowcases every week
  • Don’t wear makeup while working out
  • Hydrate skin with mosturizer
  • Clean your phone screen before putting it on your face
  • If you eat unhealthy your skin will show it

* Drinking dairy is one of the biggest reasons teens and young adults get acne
