Recent posts on Twitter from official NBA Insider accounts via “@ShamsCharania” and “@WojESPN” state that Disney World in Orlando is a clear front runner in continuing the NBA season. The plan seems to be that the regular season will be skipped and will start straight into the Playoffs. NBA fans are wondering whether or not the players will have a certain amount of time to shake off the rust of being in quarantine for so long and get to start training. Not so long ago the NBA and their respective states decided to reopen their practicing facilities under restricted guidelines and following safety standards with limited personnel and scheduled private workouts. It’s starting to look clear that the NBA will in fact return and finish off the season possibly in June and just on Thursday it was announced that there will be a league wide Corona-Virus testing program. They will have to do a significant amount of testing having to be done since it has to be the whole league so it will be a long process but it’s a step into guaranteeing the NBA’s return.
