drug stores sue doctors

Many drugstores chains have sued doctors in northeast Ohio saying that physicians are the nation’s deadliest drug. CVS, Walgreen’s, Walmart, Rite Aid and other pharmacy chains. Opioid’s users have responsibility for the drug they are taking. Till this day drugstores have not been sued. The legal papers that were filled out on Monday, doctors and prescribers should have to pay the penalty is drugstores are found responsible at trial.
Doctors with same lawsuits are identified as John and Jane. More that 2,500 cities, countries, Native America and other groups have a federal lawsuit against that are in the drug industry. This drug have resulted over 400,000 people in over the years. The first trial was to all the companies that were handing out drugs to pharmacies, hospitals, and other places. Walgreen’s was the only pharmacy as a defendant in this case because Walgreen’s did not participate in the deal.
