These are the three highly competitive, professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada.  All of the teams in the NFL have a large fan base, some larger than others. The most popular NFL team is the Dallas Cowboys with around 8.5 million followers/fans, with the New England Patriots behind them in second with 7 million followers/fans. The Cowboys this year had a great start but are now 4-3 but are leading their division.

This year’s offseason was quite hectic, with all of the blockbuster trades around the league with Anthony Davis joining Lebron on the Lakers and Kawhi Leonard and Paul George joining the Clippers as examples. The most popular team in the NBA are the Golden State Warriors with around 11.3 million followers/fans and the second most popular are the Los Angeles Lakers with 8.3 million followers/fans.

The most popular team in MLB is the New York Yankees with 8.5 million followers/fans and in second is the Boston Redsox with 5.3 million followers. The Yankees are in 1st place in the AL East or American League East. Their record is 103-59. The New York Yankees lost to the Houston Astros in the ALCS, The American League Championship Series.
