Hueneme High School is a public 4-year high school. Hueneme was founded in 1959 and serves grades 9-12. Hueneme is located at 500 West Bard Road Oxnard, California 93033 in the heart of south Oxnard. HHS is under the Oxnard Union High School District. The school colors are red and white and the mascot is a mighty Viking.The motto for Hueneme is “once a Viking always a Viking.” Hueneme can also be referred to as HHS or the Viking familia.

 At Hueneme, there are at least 50 clubs to join and a variety of sports for girls and boys such as baseball, Basketball, CrossCountry, Football, Golf, Soccer, Tennis,track&feild, Volleyball, Waterpolo, softball and wrestling. All sports play in the CIF southern section. As well as all the classes necessary to get into a 4-year university. Hueneme had the highest number of graduating seniors in 2018.
