Social media is websites or applications that allows users to create and share content that someone may be interested in.

It also allow us to follow different people and stay communicated with others.

As millennials, we have the access to all these sites, but is it too much for us?

Sometimes we don’t know how to handle it and fall into an addiction to social media and electronic devices.

Cell phones are the most common devices for teens and young people to socialize.

This access is good and makes our life easier.

Many studies have showed that electronic devices such as: cell phones, computers, video games, tablets, etc. damage our interaction with the outside world.

As human beings we need the interaction with other people, and when we do not have a good amount of this interaction we can become dis-functional and deal with different mental health issues.

So get out of your small world and meet new people , go out and have a balance between technology and real life.
