The importance of eating breakfast
December 11, 2018
Growing up, adults always told me that breakfast was the most important meal of the day. Although I must admit that sometimes even to this day I forget to grab some breakfast when I wake up, I’ve come to realize that breakfast really IS the most important meal of the day. On days where I don’t eat breakfast I find myself feeling sleepy and unable to focus on what I need to focus on while I’m at school. The days that I do have a good breakfast I tend to find myself feeling more energetic and more enthusiastic about going through my day. What used to be something I avoided all the time growing up is now something I look forward to everyday that I wake up.
Here are some of the reasons that I found online as to why breakfast is the most important meal of the day: it will boost your metabolism, it helps you stay very productive, reduces unnecessary cravings throughout the day, lower chance of heart disease, and it increases your brain activity.

I think that one of the biggest things you have to include is ergonomics and efficiency. One often feeds into the other when it comes to office comforts, i have found. Thanks for these tips. I really liked the tip about positioning desks in front of windows.
