Jeep reveals its new truck after 26 years

The Jeep Gladiator was announced and shown at a Los Angeles auto show last Wednesday. The Gladiator will be built in Toledo, Ohio. Production will begin in the first half of 2019. Jeep’s last pickup, the Comanche, went out of production in 1992. Leaving this truck standing out from other competition like Chevrolet Colorado, and the Toyota Tacoma which are both designed as heavy duty pick ups. Some factors that set out the Gladiator to be more appealing to consumers it is that it is the only convertible pick up truck with 4 doors. With its four doors, and a five-foot bed. It can carry up to 1,600 pounds or tow up to 7,650 pounds.
