Daniel Hernandez know by his stage name tekashi 69 was arrested for racketeering charges and armed robbery. This adds to the list of charges he was already dealing with. Back at the begging of the year(2018) he pleaded guilty to having sexual relations with a minor. This cause him to get four years of probation. With this new case he is fighting is with the FBI and isn’t a regular case. Daniel has already been denied bail and has had his bank accounts frozen. Following his frozen accounts his mothers bank accounts have also been frozen.

Tekashi was supposed to drop his new album on November 23 but due to the circumstances he had to postpone it till November 28. Before he was able to release it on the 27 his whole album was leaked causing him to lose a lot of money. People were illegally downloading his album and he wasn’t earning profit. As of now his new album has already hit #1 on the billboards in the span of 1 day.
