How-to: Make A Chocolate Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Items needed:

Plant based protein powder in the flavor of chocolate

2 bananas

1 cup of strawberries

half cup of ice

1 cup of soy milk

A blender

Steps:

Take your blender and add your ingredients, first the fruits, smash them down so you can make space for more ingredients. Then put half a cup to a cup of your desired chocolate powder, I use a plant based protein powder, add your ice and soy milk. Blend the mixture until its the right texture for you. You can also add yogurt to make it thicker if you would like, your smoothie dreams are a possibility, all you have to do is just add!
