Potential Benefits of Deleting Social Media
October 29, 2018
Throughout the years social media has had a massive spike in interest from most of society. It seems as though people are spending more time on their social medias rather than focusing on things such as actually socializing with people in person and building good social and talking skills. After having done some research, I have discovered a list of potential benefits from deleting all social medias.
The first potential benefit of deleting all your social medias is that you might be able to sleep better. It’s only logical that not having that temptation of going on your phone to scroll through social media when you should be sleeping is going to help you focus on just simply getting rest.
The second potential benefit is that it can help you prioritize on your in-person interactions. For example, not having any social medias might just motivate you to go and speak to the person personally; therefore, you are not only working on your talking skills but you are improving your social skills as well.
The third potential benefit is that it can help you on NOT caring. If you don’t have social medias then there should be no reason as to why you should ever fear being left out of something or even just care about fearing that.
In conclusion, Deleting social media has a series of potential benefits regardless of today’s society standards. Although it seems like a hard task, it is possible and only you can make that choice.
