Top 5 Marvel Movies

1. Doctor Strange (2016)

In this 2016 film starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Dr. Strange’s life is flipped completely after a tragic car accident. He develops tremor-like shakiness in his hands that render him useless in his career as a surgeon. As he dives into a deep depression over his disability he goes off on an adventure seeking a way to rehabilitate his hands. The reason why Dr. Strange is such a masterpiece is because of the visualizations, kaleidoscopic imagery is used to trick your mind, mirrors and such, vibrant colors, and most importantly… a flying cape! I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone fascinated with visuals and the such.
2. Captain America: Civil War (2016)

Civil War brought back many memories of the Winter Soldier and friends, including characters from Ant Man, and Spiderman. Although Civil War hints at a recent Spiderman movie (not out then), the message was still sent that The Avengers were the big part of the movie. In the opening it shows Hydra programming Bucky Barnes to retrieve a serum from someones (not just anyone’s!) grasp, the whole movie’s just a filler for Infinity War. It’s still a good movie though.
3. Thor: Ragnarok (2017)

Starring Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston, Thor is the most recent addition to its series, and probably the most funniest! I definitely recommend this film, Scarlett Johansson makes an appearance in a video on Tony Starks bird (plane), Mark Ruffalo also makes an appearance as the Hulk (obviously). All in all, this movie is a must watch.
4. Iron Man (2008)

Iron Man is probably my favorite series out of the Marvel Universe, it’s very interesting to see how Tony Stark became who he is now, having problems with Pepper Potts, and getting into different situations. Eventually he would fund the Avengers and build the central base area. Overall, Iron Man is a good film series and it’s a definite recommendation!
5. Spiderman: Homecoming (2017)
Spiderman: Homecoming came out recently in theaters starring Tom Holland and Zendaya, this movie continues the Spiderman trilogy with a new outlook on a new Spiderman. Although this movie may not be a classic like Tobey Maguire’s Spiderman, Homecoming should be loved like any other. Overall, I recommend this movie.
