Muay thai also known as “Art of Eight Limbs” is a style of fighting originating from Thailand, it was created for close combat and for the body to interpret as a form of weapon. Muay thai consist of the use of legs, elbows, fists, and knees. Unlike kickboxing Muay thai allows the an 8 point striking system which are punch, elbows, kicks, and knees while kickboxing is a 4 point striking system only using punches and kicks.

A powerful self-defense system built by the Israelis as a self-defense years ago by Imi lichtenfeld, a Hungarian-born Israeli martial artist. Krav maga is a fighting style that’s purpose is to inflict as much pain to your opponent with a and was originally taught to Jewish people to defend themselves against the Nazis.

An ancient style of fighting inventing by African slaves brought to Brazil, the style was originally made for the slaves to protect themselves against there owners. Capoeira is consist of kicks, sweeps, takedowns, acrobatics and is a lethal form of fighting that has been turned into a dance, the dance includes two people. Who used there moves as a way to practice there techniques and to peace to your mind. This form of fighting can be very dangerous when miss using the technique and as the hits can be very lethal.
- Tai Chi Chuan
Tai chi is a very well recognized form of fighting as its often seen more by older people, the form of fighting is one of the hardest in learning but also is one of the healthiest exercise, which is why its seen being used by more older people. Its considered to be the deadliest form in martial arts fighting and It was taught to hit with deadly accuracy.

One of the oldest styles of fighting, silat is know for being a dangerous style of fighting and a sport. The purpose of this style of fight was invented to wound or kill your opponent and is very known for breaking bones and damaging organs, the sport has strict rules and is very easy to break these rules considering the style was created to kill or serious injure the enemy.
