Fifty years ago Steve McQueen had all the Ford branding ripped off the 1968 Mustang that he will be driving in the movie Bullitt. This treatment of ripping off the branding over the years has become a powerful brand. But after a decade The Bullitt Mustang is back. The dark green paint with the black mag wheels and the blacked out exhaust tips and finally minimal badging. this 2019 Bullitt is hands down the best looking Mustang of this latest version. there are also some upgrades in side the car such as the instrument panel graphics the specific dash stitching and the unique pattern for the standard Mustang seats. This 2019 Bullitt gets the 5.0-liter V8 and gets a larger throttle body and they are also adding a special intake to at least get a 15-hp bump over the 460-hp GT. With this 15 hp bump that put it over 475 hp and ford is still going through the final tuning to try to push that. There is only going to be a six speed manual transmission on this Mustang. This Bullitt will essentially carries over the upgrades from the Ford GT’s Performance Pack. The Ford Bullitt will have Brembo brakes with larger rotors the Michelin PS4 summer tires it will also have the suspension and brake from the GT version. Ford has not yet announced pricing yet but we expect it to be between about $40,000-$58,045. The Ford Bullitt goes on sale this summer.
