Do you love astrology and learning about the moon and stars ? If you follow the 12 zodiac signs, here’s an additional new one for you to learn all about!

If you haven’t heard yet, NASA announced a new astrology sign called “Ophiuchus”. This sign is groundbreaking because it will change all the other dates in the zodiac wheel. The Ophiuchus dates are set to be November 29 – December 17.

3,000 years ago when the ancient Babylonians were creating the zodiac, they wanted the constellations to correlate to the months in the year. There was only one problem, there are 13 constellations and 12 months in the year. So the ancient Babylonians just decided to leave the 13th one out.

NASA also stated that all the date ranges have changed as the earths axis is not in the same position as it was when the original constellation was made thousands of years ago.

Here are the new dates ;

Capricorn : January 20 – February 16

Aquarius : February 16 – March 11

Pisces : March 11 – April 18

Aries : April 18 – May 13

Taurus : May 13 – June 21

Gemini : June 21- July 20

Cancer : July 20 – August 10

Leo : August 10 – September 16

Virgo : September 16 – October 30

Libra : October 30 – November 23

Scorpio : November 23 – November 29

Ophiuchus : November 29 – December 17

Sagittarius : December 17 – January 20
