Many of us live in Oxnard or Port Hueneme, but not all of us have visited Hueneme beach and I think you guys are sleeping on it. I’ve been to several beaches and I’m glad I get to go to this beach since I live a few streets away from this beach. I am very fortunate for that! I say this because I’ve been to Mandalay, one of the other closest beach, and I personally did not like it. Hueneme is a wonderful place to go on the weekends or even on the daily for a quick run or walk. This beach also has a pier and picnic tables.This beach park is definitely one for the parties and family events. This beach is great and clean, to top it off, there is a restaurant at the beach. What I like about it the most is that it’s pier is a 24 hour fishing pier.
