The Nissan Z has been around for six generations. The z line was created to com-peat with the British and Italian cars of  the time. The first line of z cars where released in 1970 thus the creation of the 240z was born. After six successful generations of the z car Christian Meunier vice president of Nissan Sales announced at the New York Auto Show that “The 370Z is not a priority for us I hope we can make a successor” Christian Meunier. He also announced that same day at the New York Auto Show “The GT-R is a halo car, so we heed to continue to develop that vehicle”- Chritian Meunier. There is no defendant answer if Nissan will continue the Z line with its 50th anniversary coming up in 2019.
