On September 9th Hueneme boys and girls varsity went to Riverside to compete for CIF. Hueneme girls gave their best on CIF, but they didn’t make it to the finals. Boys cross country made it to CIF finals. Taking first on Hueneme was Salvador Gonzales.  Overall they gave it their best and boys qualified for CIF finals.

Boys gave their best on Finals and had a great team spirit. They were the 5th team to go on to CIF finals. They came in 12th place overall.

Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Cross county team for having one of the best seasons and for giving their best.
