Avocados are one of the healthiest fruits you can eat. Avocados have a bad reputation, though, because of the fat they contain. It is highly important to know that avocados contain the good kind of fats: “monosaturated fats”. Avocados contain vitamin K and folate. They are also rich in vitamin B and C.

Blueberries

Blueberries come in small packages in the store. People tend to really like them because they taste like an all-natural candy. Blueberries have fiber as well as vitamins C and K. Blueberries contain good proteins like gallic acid.

Broccoli 

I’m sure you heard, but broccoli is one of the best foods for your brain. Broccoli contains high amount of vitamin K and choline. This will help to keep your memory spot on.

Celery

Celery has a lot of benefits to offer. Celery contains high levels of antioxidants as well as polysaccharides which act as a natural anti-inflammatories. This can help to take away symptoms that are related to inflammation.
