Most of  Hueneme High knows Kayla because of sports she used to play or you heard her singing in the rallies before but, most people know her because she is very social and outgoing. I asked Kayla some questions so you guys could know her better.

Q: What is one thing that disgusts you? Why?

A: “People that chew with their mouth full disgusts me because I hate looking at chewed up food.”

Q: What is your favorite memory in high school?

A: “My favorite memory in high school is volleyball season.”

Q: How do you balance work, school, and a social life?

A: “It’s really hard to balance work, school, and a social life but, I like to use my time wisely and do everything when I can.”

Q: What do you like to do on your days off?

A: “I like to hang out with my girlfriend on my days off.”

Q: What college are you thinking of attending next year? Why?

A: “I’m thinking of attending CSUCI because it’s close by and they have a good biology program.”

Q: Are you content with your life right now?

A: “I’m content with life but, some things could be going better.”

Q: Do you miss playing sports? Why?

A: “I DEFINITELY MISS PLAYING SPORTS. It’s my get away and not being able to play the sport that I love and that takes my stress away hurts me.”

Q: How many days do you think you have off work?

A:  “I usually have weekdays off, so I guess you can say the weekdays.”

Q: If you could describe yourself in 3 words what would it be?

A: “Hard-working, trustworthy, determined”

Q: If you had 3 wishes what would it be? Why?

  1.  “I’d wish to have super powers haha.
  2. I’d wish to be happy and healthy all through out my life
  3. I’d wish I get so rich that I wouldn’t need to work for the rest of my life  and I’d be able to take all my kids to college 3 times.”

Q: Do you have any advice for someone who is trying to get a job but, trying to balance school and their social life?

A: “Getting a job is a lot of work but, never forget that school is most important. School keeps you in the right path.”
