This week, I interviewed our ASB president. She is actually a very good friend of mine, and is known among the entire school. She loves music and attending concerts, and she is very friendly and outgoing. Here’s a little more information about her that you may or may not know.

Why did you join ASB?

It sounded fun when my sister told me about it, and I wanted to get involved in school, so ASB seemed like the perfect club. And it is!

Can you describe yourself in five words?

Friendly, caring, loyal, passionate and funny.

What are you passionate about?

Oh, many things. For example, my family and friends, and I just realized that I’ve always been passionate about people and animals being treated equally.

What is your favorite memory?

Ahhhhh. I have so many, I can’t decide. But if I had to choose one, I’d say it was the time I went to see Justin Bieber front row with my sisters. I cried.

Who do you admire most?

I admire my mom because she is a very strong woman and she cares for her family. She always makes sure that we have what we need and is the best mom ever.

What is one place you would like to travel to?

Europe. More specifically: Paris because je parle francais, Barcelona because yo hablo español, or London because I speak English.

If you could stay at one age for the rest of your life, what age would you choose?

I would choose to be 22 because I won’t be old, but I will be old enough to live independently.

Do you think prison buses have emergency exits?

I think they do, they should because people are in those buses. What if there’s an emergency? Which exit will they use?

If you could be any animal, which one would you be?

I would be a penguin because they slide on their bellies and I like the cold weather.

Which chore do you absolutely hate doing?

I hate when I’m washing dishes because it disgusts me when I touch the wet and soggy food. I also hate it when my sister leaves her dishes there for me to wash them.

What are your plans after high school?

My plans after high school are to continue with my education, to get a job, and to decide my career choice. I would like to move either to San Francisco or Seattle.
